Ground, restore, and unwind. A nightly ritual for tired, overworked feet.
100ml £20.00 / 200ml £38.00
For the wanderers, the caregivers and the barefoot dreamers. For the ones who carry too much.
Feet tend to tell you when the day has been long. Dry heels, tired soles, that heavy feeling after hours of standing, walking or looking after everybody else.
This is your moment to come back to earth.
Best for
- Dry, tired feet
- Evening self-care rituals
- Overnight nourishment
- Hard-working heels
- End-of-day grounding
- Rough heels that benefit from exfoliation before balm
Barefoot Balm was made for the end of the day, when dry heels and tired feet finally get some attention.
Shea butter, castor oil, avocado oil and beeswax create a rich overnight balm that softens rough skin, conditions dry areas and helps protect the feet from further moisture loss. The forest-inspired essential oil blend gives the ritual its grounding, herbal scent, turning five minutes of foot care into a much-needed end-of-day pause.
A five minute ritual. A profound exhale. Soft, nourished feet...and a little more of yourself returned to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Barefoot Balm be used every day?
Yes, Barefoot Balm is designed as a nightly ritual for dry, tired and hardworking feet.
Is Barefoot Balm greasy?
The balm is rich and nourishing, designed for evening use when the skin can fully absorb the botanical oils and butters overnight.
What does Barefoot Balm smell like?
Barefoot Balm has a grounding forest-inspired aroma with soft herbal notes designed to encourage relaxation and stillness.
Should I exfoliate first?
If your heels have built-up hard skin, smoothing them first helps the balm go where it is needed. Our Natural Pumice Stone works best on damp skin after a bath or shower, with light pressure, once or twice a week. Skip it on any skin that is sore, split or broken.
What if my heels are split, sore or bleeding?
Barefoot Balm is a skincare balm for everyday dryness, not a treatment for medical conditions. If your skin is split, painful, bleeding or looks infected, or if you have diabetes or circulation problems, please speak to your GP, pharmacist or a podiatrist before using any new product on your feet.
